At Sauder, we’re all about making things easy for you. Each Sauder unit produced in our Archbold, Ohio, plant is packed in a flat box. No need to borrow your friend’s SUV, because most units will fit in the trunk of your car, or even the back seat.
We work hard to ensure each Sauder piece is packed correctly and reaches you “in one piece,” but we’re human. Every once in a while, you might discover a damaged or — even more rare — a missing part. What do you do? Hope you can fit the pieces back in the box and return it to the store? No, and no. If there’s a problem with your unit, we want the solution to be as easy as possible for you. If you need a replacement part, let us know. We’ll get it to you right away.
